Few initial steps:
At first, create an empty project in Unity, go to Build Settings and switch platform to Android, now import this project into the Assets folder of your emtpty project. For further information check documentation.
To turn into a landscape view, go to adjust values in Canvas Scaler component of every scene's Canvas. Increase max width in GameManager inspector and adjust the camera position values in GameManager's Start() (below there is a code given)
