Production & Roastery Operations

Manage the coffee roasting workflow through a seven-stage visual production tracker covering sorting and cleaning, thermal roasting, cooling and degassing, grinding, blending, quality checks, and pouch packaging. Schedule production batches, assign roasting machines, track target quantities, review batch audit details, and explore roast demand forecasting.

Inventory & Recipe Management

Track finished coffee products and green bean inventory with SKU filters, stock status indicators, and reorder thresholds. Manage Arabica and Robusta bean stock, while the recipe bill of materials builder supports calculating green bean ratios and packaging material requirements for production batches.

Wholesale Orders & Sales Invoicing
