EarnFinder Online Earning Directory (Next.js 16 + MySQL)

EarnFinder is a production-ready online earning directory built with Next.js 16

App Router, React 19, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS v4, backed by MySQL.

Visitors describe what they need — country, category, experience level,

available time and device — and the built-in filter engine narrows a verified

catalog down to matching opportunities. Every listing carries payout rules,

minimum withdrawal, country availability, difficulty and trust signals, so the

site reads as a research tool rather than a hype page.

The package ships with a complete content and monetisation stack:

• 30 verified listings across AI training, user testing, micro tasks,

freelance, online jobs and side hustles

• 9 country markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, India, Philippines,

Nigeria, Worldwide)

• 40+ long-form SEO articles, auto-grouped by region and auto-included in

sitemap.xml, robots.txt and dynamic Open Graph images

• Trust scoring with risk flags, plus a public "how we score" explainer page
• Click tracking through a /go/[slug] redirect that resolves primary

affiliate links before forwarding

• Newsletter system with subscribe/unsubscribe, weekly draft builder and

free vs. paid tier rendering

• Optional paid alerts tier wired to Creem checkout sessions and a signed

webhook that upgrades the subscriber tier

• Password-protected admin panel for opportunities, affiliates, click

metrics and newsletter drafts

All data access stays server-side; no Supabase or third-party CMS is required.

Deployment is a standard Next.js standalone build — copy the folder, set the

environment variables, point Nginx at the port, done. A cron endpoint is

included for daily featured-content rotation.

Note: the catalog is seeded with real, publicly documented platforms, and the

UI deliberately avoids income guarantees. Nothing in the demo is fake traffic

or invented earnings.
