This code is entitled as Intelligent Health Prediction and Consulting System . As the name itself suggest it is a Medical App Source Code. It takes Symptoms as user’s inputs and displays the list of Diseases as per priorities based on list of Symptoms provided by User.

Patient:
⦁ Registration: If Patient is a new user, he will enter his personal
⦁ Login: Patient will be able to Login to the application using his ID and Password.
⦁ Patient Details: Doctor can view patient’s personal details.
Admin:
⦁ Login: Admin can login to the application using his ID and Password.
⦁ Manage Doctors: Admin can add/remove doctor details into/from the database.
⦁ Manage Disease Details: Admin can add disease details along with symptoms and type.
